Hi, i don't know how to fix the keyboard not turning on, maybe there is a key command that could fix it? im using a MacOS Monterey if that helps, only the mouse lights up, please help us all.

hi! i've bought this product a whilst back now however i have absolutely no idea how to enable the lighting on the keyboard. it works very well, but i just don't know how to get it to light up consistently. it actually lights up whenever i connect it to the source, but it stops after a second so i know that it actually works. can someone help me? how do i light it? is there a key command to do it?
